A Long Double Mattress is narrower than a Queen which makes it suitable for small rooms and apartment living.
Measuring 203 cm x 135 cm (80" x 54"), a long double is actually best for singles and might not be the best option for a couple, where we would recommend at least a Queen Mattress.
